Replicating the somewhat bizarre design sensibilities (perhaps in-sensibilities) of the early web is surprisingly difficult. If you've attempted to build a retro website, you may in addition to this have found that already produced resources are rather hard to find; scattered around as web garbage, likely not thought of as valuable enough to save, and with no real tag for the aesthetic.

Such was my experience, and this is where I come in. I have scavanged likely a thousand dead and archived Geocities pages, mainly in the Tokyo area, to collect era-typical design assets. You can think of it as web archeology, or maybe grave robbing.

Everything is ordered neatly in folders as follows:

Anime characters and logos (52)
Backgrounds (298)
Borders (65)
Bullet points (54)
Communication (262)
Misc decoration (134)
Under construction (15)

You will NOT need to pay anything at all, nor will you have to visit any shady websites.
